Health Guarantee

• Puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian before going to their new homes.
• Health records and vaccination details will be provided at the time of purchase.
• Princess Paws LLC is not responsible for health issues that arise after transfer, unless otherwise outlined in a written agreement.

Pet Accessories & Apparel

• Product descriptions, including sizes, materials, and colors, are provided to the best of our ability.
• Due to variations in screens and fabric, actual colors may slightly differ.
• Customized items (such as appliqué pet tees, hats, or tumblers) are non-refundable once an order is placed.

Shipping & Delivery

• We ship accessories across the U.S. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
• For puppies, transportation or shipping options must be discussed in advance and may incur additional fees.

Returns & Refunds

• Accessories may be returned within 7 days if unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.
